DSSC Will be having a supplementary TRYOUT for any U12 Boys who would like to play Select Soccer. We will be holding these tryouts on Wednesday June 4th at SMITH PARK 1450 Troy Rd. U8 ACADEMY

The Delaware Select Soccer Club is offering a great and exciting program for our younger players who are focus on becoming more skilled and stronger on and off the ball. It is open to all boys and girls who are looking for more technical development and team structure. This is a stepping–stone for players to take their game to the next level and help make an easier transition into our U9 Travel Program. Under the leadership of our Select coaches, kids will work on individual player development, and play against players of a similar motivation and ability.

This is not a recreational league; Academy is intended for those children more seriously focused on soccer, and for players (and parents) who are willing to make a stronger commitment.

When you join the U8 Academy, you are committing to both Fall and Spring season. There are no tryouts; instead all players committed to the goal of development will be accepted. Games are played around Central Ohio with home games at fields in Delaware

Kids will meet 1-2 times a week during their season for training. Players are maintained in training groups for practices and then split into teams for playing non-results-oriented competition against other club academies participating in MOSSL. The games are 6v6 format with a center referee.  

Acedamy fee's are $300 a year. 1st payment of $150 at the end of registration(end of June) 2nd payment of $150 at the end of October.

Uniforms will consist of two jerseys at an additional fee.
